“If you're an officer in that situation you want that window down the whole time. Your life may depend on it.”

This guy gets it.

A. Not true

B. White people care far less about other white people. So I can almost guarantee no one would’ve given a shite if a white dude got thrown down in the exact same scenario. Hell, depending on the white guy id applaud it.

No need to drag someone out of their car for that. They were displaying far too aggressive and controlling behavior, and Tyreek was not resisting. He should have left his window down, but he rolled it back down and they still changed their mind from the original commands.

I do not even care for the dude, I just cannot stand cops over reacting, that is how shite spirals.

Not required. Not against the law to provide documents and roll windows up.

Uh, yes it is. A properly performed traffic stop (according to Terry v. Ohio) is a lawful detention of a citizen based on reasonable suspicion. As such you are not "free to go" or "do whatever you want." You have been lawfully detained by the police officer in question and are legally required to obey reasonable requests by the officer or else face arrest based on probable cause. With Tyreek Hill's windows being as tinted as they were, demanding that he keep them lowered was undoubtedly a reasonable request.

All I needed to see happened immediately when Tyreke was an a class a-hole rolling up his tinted window on a police officer

And that is everything I need to identify a simple-minded moron.

Only knowing part of something does not allow you to truly understand a situation, unless your mind is already made up. Only wanting to know part of something is even worse.

Provide any Terry stop wording on windows

For all the people ripping cops yall don’t know shite about what it’s like to police in these times

1 he’s in a sports car with illegal tint and they can’t see in the vehicle so they have no idea what’s on the other side of that glass there be a gun pointing at them. The person is not following instructions yall can find many cases online where cops are killed in similar situations so are they supposed to be polite when someone doesn’t follow instructions????

He was pulled over for doing over 100 mph so that’s why there is 4 cops he could be a wanted felon

He rolled it back down before they wanted to pull him out, and then once he did, they changed their mind and still drug him out. Their little egos must have been offended.

Yes it is you don’t get to sit in your car behind that tint getting your gun ready

Not going to work, I am not some woke idiot.

I am equally bothered by how police mistreat Americans who have rights.

Nothing simple about it. When you treat an officer like an a-hole, don’t expect different behavior in return

Below 0 chance anyone is driving 120 where he was. There are 6,788,864 traffic cones in that area, I’m not underestimating.

Cmon, cant wait for the pussy bootlickers on this site to defend the POS "law" enforcement officers.

Sheeple. frick the police.
I was antistate before it was the cool thing for frumpy, edgelord, privileged, suburban white incel kids like you who glaze these athletes because of, "muh mah fantasy team," and because you have nothing else going for you, to do.

These "sports" stars are such great role models for children and childish grown men like you.

Bread and circuses.

This man and men like you who worship this low iq behavior are equally worthless.

Yeah, frick the police, but frick them for shooting paintballs at free citizens because of covid lockdowns, not because a wide receiver in a super car on the Vegas strip was listening to boosie mane on his way to his football game, got crunk, and decided to be an arse hole pretending he was Mario Andretti, and then shite talks the cops when they stop him from killing a commoner - of which he probably would never go to jail for.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, has a pass to be an arse hole -- even if you do know all of his stats and his latest girlfriend who he's whipped the shite out of and been arrested for. The world doesn't revolve around your half a dozen subscriptions to watch every NFL game showcasing your favorite sports star.

Pathetic self-hating white boy.

Wonder if they have those illegal tint checker devices? Had they tested it then can say they needed window down due to darkness. They probably already knew it was too dark from experience but a tester proves it. Then can force him to untint.

But thats why they needed window down.

I'm not a cop but I'm pretty sure the number one rule in training is to CONTROL the situation with any legal means necessary. He rolled the window back up and refused several times to roll it down when instructed to do so. I'm not a lawyer but I don't think they did anything illegal. It looked a bit aggressive to the untrained eye but it was nothing crazy.

Fines doubled in construction zones (at least in OK they are)

The fact that there hasn't been any leaks to the media about the speed in which he was driving, coupled with the Police Union's statement stating that Hill's driving was a danger to himself and to others, tells me he was driving well above the posted speed limit.

He did roll it down. Hence, how Ricky Ricardo reached into the car and popped the handle

I’m amazed by the amount of defense for Tyreke. People are so stupid and have no idea how they e been manipulated by deep state and media to use race baiting tactics and police brutality as a pure political weapon.
