Not confined to meatheads, but people that stare at themselves in the mirrors at the gym always make me giggle.
Do you mean staring at themselves while lifting to ensure they are lifting properly or staring at themselves while lifting to glimpse how ripped they are? You can usually tell.
And also, do you mean just generally people staring at themselves in the mirror? Because the entirety of the fricking gym is a mirror and I look amazing. I'm not NOT going to stare at myself. It would be an injustice... to myself.

The best are the guys that are fat and not terribly strong, but take their lifts VERY seriously.
Some guy at the gym I go to was, I think, showing his buddy some new routine and every time--and I mean every time--he lifted anything at all, he yelled like he was about to throw out his back by all the weight he was pushing around. Nevermind that it was 135 lbs on a smith machine bench press. That fool's veins were popping out and his screams could be heard from outside. It was fricking hilarious.
Everyone kept looking at him, then at each other, then down at the floor as they couldn't contain their grins.

What about the people that feel the need to rap or sing along to the music blaring from their giant headphones?

I mean people that walk around in circles or just travel the gym floor in between exercises or sets staring at themselves in the mirror. I feel like they do that more than lift.

You mean out loud where you can hear them or just kind of bobbing their head and maybe mouthing the lyrics without making any noise? The latter doesn't really bother me if someone is "feeling" their music.

You talking about their quads or calves? The reason I ask is you constanly see people here talking about toothpick legs when people have on knee long shorts. A lot of people have very muscular legs but small calves.

I'm so glad I have great calves, genetically.
My abs suck, though.

I don't stare that long. It's mostly the proportionality that causes them to looks ridiculous.
