What a dumb thing to be so wrong about. They literally booed her of Soul Train the first time because she was too white sounding. The good Reverend AL nicknamed her "Whitey Houston". Young Whitney was probably one of the least ghetto black chicks on the planet.

I did which is allowable. However, I only paid myself at a rate which was allowable according to the PPP guidelines. There's nothing wrong with paying yourself from the funds as well as your employee. What is wrong is using the entire loan as your personal bank account or paying yourself above the monthly allowable amount from the funds $8333.33 per month for 2.5 months).

In fairness, im sure the pool contractor, the Rover dealer, the Chanel store and the Apple store were thrilled she got that money.

So if her payroll was 3.7 million to herself,

Not allowable. The maximum for the funds to be used is $8333.33 a month.

Agree. She had 2 businesses. So her max to herself is $16,700.

Can you buy $725k worth of homes and cars for that?

Did she pay cash? The story doesn't say so.

Yeah we don't know those details. The fact that the IRS has obviously looked at her 941's and they don't add up is there though. Presumably. But if they've taken her to court then they have the evidence.

Honestly, I don't know if she can double dip her salary over the two loans. I haven't read the details regarding that as I only have one business.

Thank you for admitting you were wrong and I was right.

Business owners 100% were/are allowed to pay themselves out of PPP loan money.

The story as written doesn't give enough info to determine this woman's problems.

Do we know, from the story as written, that she did this?

You said earlier in the thread that the funds could be used as her personal funds. That simply isn't true.

100% wrong. It was specifically for your own private bank account.

This was in no way, shape or form a correct statement along with

The other thing that will come out is if she fraudulently received the loan by submitting made up payroll numbers. This has been the case in several of the cases that have occurred to date. IOW, she didn't really qualify for anywhere near $3.7 million.

It actually does. She's been indicted for bank fraud, making a false statement to a bank and money laundering in Federal Court. The Feds don't make a habit of going after people when they don't have the goods on them, so her problems include bank fraud, making a false statement to a bank and money laundering. It shouldn't be very hard to deduce from that that she put a bunch of bullshite in her PPP loan application and then couldn't back it up when it was time to submit documents for the forgiveness application

She transitioned to ghetto once she met crack cocaine and Bobby Brown.

Whitney Houston was doing cocaine when she was a teenager. Years before she was famous & the younger Bobby Brown was still an unknown child. She introduced the younger Brown to coke.

Its been confirmed by Whitney's friends & family.

I don't want to keep tit-for-tatting, but you said earlier that you received PPP funds and paid yourself from them. That means you are using PPP funds for personal funds. PPP can be used for personal funds.

I'll add this: PPP is also valid and legal for sole proprietors. Sole proprieters paying themselves are using PPP funds for personal funds.

<----- not a sole proprietor
<----- has business received PPP funds

This is likely her root problem.
