It looks like he points the gun at the news anchor while the camera guy is doing a shot out over the water. Neither the anchor or the person she was interviewing noticed, obviously. He kind of pulled away and I think it was because he was waiting for the camera to come back on the woman, so he could have the shooting be seen by anyone watching. It was hard to watch, I kind of wish I didn't. The woman ran but I am guessing he tracked her down and probably shot her in the head or something because a lot more shots went off.
I really thought it was fake at first, kind of wish I would find out it was.

I'm trying to figure out if he said "bitch" loud enough for her to hear it when he first points the gun at her. Like, did he say it to let her see the gun first?

I doubt she heard it. It was more of a whisper. The phone camera picked it up...

Tired of hearing how this piece of #$%$ was "hopelessly" mentally ill. He thought this through for over two months. He knew what he was going to do. He planned it out, left his car at the airport and rented another car from there. He knew exactly what he was going to do. All accounts of this creep said he played the "Race card" every place he worked.. Too bad this pile of #$%$ simply didn't blow his brains out FIRST...
