Its a crapshoot. The visible tatoos thing seems to be encouraged like flair at Twin Peaks. Last few times I ate at Hooters my waitress probably had 100lbs of makeup on, so its a bit offputting.

Both places are pathetic. Why not go to a quality restaurant --- then go somewhere normal and actually talk to women that want to talk to you b/c they're interested in you? Is it really that enjoyable to have a scantily dressed, bleached hair, tatted girl go through some fake flirting routine with you (to get better tips) while you're trying to eat?

Look...you are not getting a top notch meal or OT 8's at either of these establishments but they serve their intended purpose. Their scenery is better than what you would get a TJ Ribs and their food is edible (mainly Twin Peaks as I find Hooters extremely greasy).
If you want classier scenery and better food...go to Sullivan's. If you want cold beer, sports on TV and half naked girls bringing you nachos and extra napkins, go to Twin Peaks.

Nope, as a bachelor I never went for the low hanging fruit. But you keep going after it and make sure you leave a big fat tip for all that extra attention you got. I'm sure she was flirting with you extra special b/c, seriously, she's actually into you.

I leave the same size tip I would anywhere else, and have no misconceptions about some waitress being interested in me. But yea, you're probably right, she was in to me.

Great views and much better food than either Hooters or Twin Peaks.
Not one in Louisiana, though. Great franchise opportunity if anyone is feeling entrepreneurial.

Hooters has good food. Twin Peaks food is terrible.
I prefer Hooters outfits.

Twin Peaks has better food, beer, women, and outfits IMO. TP has some decent food (hangover burder, wings) and I like their Naughty Brunette beer.

That guy doesn't know what he's missing. After a long 12-16hr day at work being around men all day, it's refreshing to get some fake flirting form a decent looking chick, that's not your wife, while only spending 40-60 bucks.

They both suck, but Twin Peaks still blows Hooters out of the water.
