If I am a dolphin trainer and my job is to train dolphins to do tricks, but when out of the last 20 dolphins I have trained only two can jump through a hoop.....I'm a shitty fricking dolphin trainer. Any flack I catch for putting the worst trained dolphins onto the market is 100% warranted. I can take offense, cry and whine about it, but I am shite at training dolphins. If I can't get better at training a dolphin to balance a beach ball on its nose I am inevitably going to get fired and be back to working with the disgusting walruses again. Dolphin trainers don't get tenure, unfortunately, nor do they have a union.
