Trying to login to my cox email account and it says "500 servlet exception"

That's usually a symptom of someone hacking your computer. Hopefully you don't have a webcam or haven't bought anything online. If so, people can watch you and steal your CC information

Look on the back of your modem and check all of your servlets.

Look at servlet 499 and see if it has all it's encabulations.

Report back stat with your findings, we're all on pins & needles!

This. And OP start at 499 then make your way backwards using trial and error until you find where the problem is.
