In construction zones and basin. Is that just a recommendation or an enforceable law? Seems like truckers don't give a damn.

Ever seen a traffic sign that wasn’t law?

Once had to drive across France because of a public transportation strike. On the French highways trucks were required to stay in right lane. It was glorious. Not to mention if you were driving slow in the left lane they let you fricking know.

It’s a law in parts of Florida and North Carolina on all of the interstate. It’s great. Alleviates a lot of traffic problems.

Yep.

Black and white is law.

Black and yellow is suggested.

Aside from the hellhole that is Paris, driving in France was night and day better than anywhere in America.

People there actually FOLLOW traffic laws. The left lane is actually used for passing, not camping out. Blinkers are used properly, no jackasses speeding or tailgating, and they understand how to properly yield and merge.

When I came back to Atlanta and drove on 285 after spending a couple of weeks in Europe it was almost a culture shock.

is LSP on the bridge? if they are, all the trucks are in the right lane like good little pigs.

if not, they are in the left lane.

But you're a hypocrite, cause you aren't going 60MPH either unless LSP is there. You're probably going at least 70

I've driven in France as well, there is a fraction of the traffic outside of Paris.

Compare Hotlanta to Paris, its the same headache.

Left lane is the perfect spot to flip your rig. Covers all lanes.
