Sounds like your detoxing from a weekend coke binge

Your ovaries are drying up.
Scale back your running. Overtraining with repetitive subthreshold activity. Ask your MD to check your testosterone (especially if you have concurrent anemia).
Ask MD to do a full blood count (probably already done)
Consider vitamin D /multivitamin supplement. Perhaps evening snack prior to bed (to counteract any overnight hypoglycemia)

Moderate exercise. Your body doesn't have time to rest

That's actually really good advice. I will look into that

Marijuana. Get an 1/8th, a glass bat, and a dugout. Have a quick drag or two before bed. Problem solved.

OK. So no work or personal related stress. From your posts you seem to be a fit individual, so other than diet, it is probably health related. See a doctor to rule out anything that could be harmful to your health.

Only thing I got is to make sure you're getting enough water in a day. I try to stay really active too and for a while I wasn't watching my water intake closely enough. I try to get in at least a gallon a day now

Same thing used to happen to me. It was from having too much cover, I was getting hot and would have crazy dreams that would wake me up sweating and in a panic.
Hopefully it's something simple

I tried coke once, but the ice cubes kept getting stuck in my nose.
