I was in my apartment. The car was parked.
I would pay the $25 a month for covered parking but I never expected a fricking TREE to fall on my car. The tree was not even overhanging my car. The wind was blowing it sideways when it broke, thus falling on my car.

May fall under the "Act of God" clause in your auto insurance. I had a $1000 deductible when I hit a deer last year. After talking with my insurance representative she told me that hitting a deer is an "Act of God" and my deductible would be $250 instead of $1000.
