It's Santa Monica. The level of liberal is unreal, even for SoCal. My sister moved out there a few years ago for work, and I usually visit once a year, so I've gotten to know the area.

The people weren't saying shite b/c the vast majority of people never want to get involved when a crazy arse is ranting. They were all hoping she would just go the frick away. It's no different than the many many cases of people seeing a crime go on or an injured person in the road and doing nothing.

The reason the rest of the crowd finally turned on her at the end was she started needlessly bringing everyone else into it while lingering in the doorway and refusing to leave.
