No idea. Guy called me one night saying it wasnt over between them. I told him she said different and to talk to her. Phone call ended cordial enough. Called her the next morning and ended it. Was over that second.
People like to blame the wrong person though. shite, about 2 years ago some poster was on here, a friend of Mules, telling me he was about to beat my arse at some tailgate. This was after telling me he knew it was me because he was with Tigahfan and she pointed me out. LOL. So this dude is with his friends wife and he is going to beat my arse because said girl was cheating on his friend with me. I asked the guy in the thread if he realized how ridiculous he sounded. He logged off

I agree..... I have an ex that I actually reached out and made amends couple months back. I was far from the great guy in the relationship,
But She flat out wronged me and it isn't debatable. But I had already been let it all go for my own well being. But felt she was still possibly a bit bothered by it, felt bad about it, and possibly beating her self up over it, so I reached out to let her know that bygones are bygones.....
Now for my best friend that was the closest not blood relative to me, I still cant fathom forgiving him for stabbing me in the back. I don't let it eat at me, and have never once thought of any kind of pay back, except for him getting to know he lost his best friend forever.

Bummer, said goodbye to a friend I knew for 30 years because he couldn't stop sticking needles in his arm and attracting police attention. Sucks having to go through that and yours sounds more severe.

I ran into a girl I dated briefly back in the 90's that I hadn't seen since. She had started back at Tulane and was commuting Tue/Thursday to MS. Well she tells me she is technically married and had been for I think over 10 years, but they were split And getting divorced. I'didn't really question it, no reason to, and started hanging out with her a couple times a week....Next thing I know she ghost me for about a week and then BAM I get a message from her FB saying that her husband had read every text and FB conversation and that they were never split. And actually never had any serious I ssues in the marriage before then!!!
I think I completely blocked her deleted her FB.
I still haven't met the guy or know what he looks like. But I wouldn't doubt I have some husband out there that fricking hates me even though I had intentions of being a 'dirtbag'

Actually as a best friend the only thing you can do as a friend is walk away from someone if you truly love them. You can't love someone to death and that is what you end up doing when you enable them while they are in the spirals of something as severe
