Trash Service in BR and surrounding area

I was about to put the trash out but no one on our street put their cans out. Is service suspened?

They didn’t pick up my recycling Tuesday. Which happens pretty much every other Tuesday.

Our garbage service sucks here. Trash over the street, they forget to pick it up every 3 weeks, my trash can is ripped to shreds just from the service.
