Be serious. Do you really think there is any other explanation for that money?

Do we now NEED an explanation for our money? Is that what you are advocating?

For $800k when you and your passenger's stories don't line up and the drug dogs hit, yes.

If you have 800k, why would they leave Mississippi? That is like 1.5 million in Texas.

Exactly, municipalities in East Texas have grabbed just a couple of hundred at a time. People given a receipt to come back to court at a different time to explain why it's there money. I'ts bullshite

Why? This is America.

The state should not be able to take my money because they think I may have gotten it illegally.

If you do not see a problem with this, you must be getting some benefit from this type of theft.

Yea, it absolutely must be this way.

Don't kid yourself, the dog hit on the cash.

Well if there's no evidence of drugs, then what are we doing? Using assumptions?

Yeah, the guys probably are drug dealers and frick them, but if justice is gonna be just and not wrong, it can't take a vacation or look the other way in some situations. Because then it's something that resembles Justice but is not. And everyone charged with preserving it knows it's not, and the world just gets uglier anyway.

The law is used by the federal agencies to essentially seize all assets from someone and render them incapable of paying for defending the charges. They are then forced into copping a deal because of it under very disadvantageous terms.

Yea. If you're honest you make the same assumption.

I don't give a flying frick if it is a drug dealer with 800k.

It is his money. Not the cops.

Yes I would feel different if it was stolen money. However I have no problem with someone making money selling drugs. They are filling a need in a marketplace and that's it.

Thinks that cops should be able take your stuff because you might be a drug dealer. Next it will be ok to take your stuff because you might be a.......?

The dude is likely guilty of some crime, but this "open air" bullshite test with the dogs is a huge issue of mine. It's entirely plausible that the retard cops just have the dog hit on whatever they tell it to. It's an illegal way to get what they want, but of course it's still used often. It's only fitting that no drugs were found in the vehicle.

The dog alerted b/c Jethro told him to.

Police dogs are notoriously unreliable and any decent attorney, even USMCTiger03, can prove this.

So you're not for justice.

Okay.

Got it.

Carry on.

Justice to me is drug dealers not making money for their crimes and having their untaxed assets siezed. This is money that tax dollars don't have to be spent on now. If think tall would be for such things.
