My guess is that it is a combination of factors including gases that may be released and not ignited that could ignite, inhalation concerns, and heavier residue that may settle in nearby areas. There have been incidents when gases from leaks in plants have been ignited by passing cars on nearby roads that resulted in chain reaction explosions that are catostrophic.

It’s getting better. They’re considering lifting the evacuation soon. Thinking the fire will die out within 24-48 hours
