They're building a massive complex just north of Dallas right now. shite is blowing up in that area. Houses, stores, restaurants, etc.

That wasn't the question. We both know why you won't answer.

Is it just taller or something? Or more room in the front? Because I don't see how leg room in the back seat is more than the tundra. Every f150 I've been in the back seat of, my knees are close to if not hitting the back of the front seat. The tundra is a good 3-4 inches between knee and seat. The back seat is absolutely massive.

And I'm not denying that foreign companies aren't job creators inside the U.S.
Many foreign manufacturers, whether it be automobiles, chemical, refiners, provide massive GDP and jobs here.
But many people, I myself prefer buy products from American based companies when I can.
And I prefer American automobiles, especially pickups

No, the rear seat has more space in every measured dimension.

It's made in America by Americans who pay American taxes. Yes I know the head fat cat corporate guys are in Japan, but it's not like we're a sweat shop in Indonesia pumping out cars for $15 a month
It's more American that if an American company is building shite in Mexico and giving them all the jobs

shite I went to Dallas and bought a Tundra last weekend. 1 phone call & my salesperson beat any price I got in Louisiana for the same vehicle. Not just beat it but beat it by a couple thousand. Search the other thread for pricing.

I just looked it up, about an inch difference in favor of f150. Interesting.

Still not answering the question, and I still know why.

Yep, my tundra is mostly made in the United States by American workers, while most of your f150s are made in Mexico.

Who has time to let the turbo idle for a minute to spool down, before turning the engine off?
What the frick are you talking about? This isn't 1980 and you don't need a turbo timer to save your turbo.
Modern turbos have oil and water cooling lines that will run for a bit if they need to once you shut it down.
Why the frick are you boosting into your driveway anyway?

Did you even read my post? I said the company was Japanese. The truck is made in America by Americans. That's a fact.
I mean hang your hat on Ford's corporate guys making money off Mexicans building their trucks if you want.

Are the eco boost still having tons of problems?
People can bitch about the Tundra mpg, but they haven't fricked with the drivetrain because it's almost bulletproof

Well the regulatory environment, and tax structure certainly has not been favorable to American manufacturers, hopefully that starts to change which I believe it is.

I don't get why people still do this.

You think Toyota doesn't operate under these same laws in America?
