I've never owned a ford so can't comment on those but I just bought a tundra. It's a fricking beast.

Its a Japanese company no matter how you spin it.

Sure it provides many Americans with jobs, but it's a Japanese company. Profits that aren't reinvested here certainly benefit Tokyo

No, and it shouldn't be

American manufacturers create jobs all around the world as well

But Toyota is a Japanese company period

I had a tundra that flooded in August and replaced it with a F150. I mainly went f150 because I wanted to pay cash and used tundras were a good bit more expensive. I like the overal exterior look of the f150 more and it gets better gas mileage, but if money wouldn't have been a issue I would've gotten another Tundra.

The other guy said "tundra isn't American, dumbfrick"

It's made in Texas by Americans. I'm not arguing that Toyota isn't Japanese.

I said power V.8 5.7L of a tundra vs 5.0L V.8 or V.6 = TUNDRA with the more powerful engine. You can tell the difference when driving, I drive my grandpa's f.150 frequently. His gets better gas mileage but the interior really deteriorates and the driving just lacks the power that you expect when driving a truck. The Tundra really has great drive ability for such a big truck and the engine roars.

Interesting since the F150 has the more spacious cab and is faster by every measure.

Every F150 I've been in has a smaller cab than my tundra. I'm curious as to which one is more spacious.

I don't know what to tell you. F150s are faster and tow more. It's not really debatable because there is data to back it up. You might be being fooled by the 4.10 gearing in the Tundra. Just because the Tundra has more displacement doesn't mean it's more powerful.

Where a major multinational company is headquartered is certainly beneficial to that area

I posted the numbers in the last thread. Super crew has more space than CrewMax. You're just biased.
