Just to let y’all know we ok here in Bordelonville. Guys it was rough I got the wife and kids in the hallway and took cover. Wind was bad and lights are out. But we rode it out. Prayers for the Alexandria area we heard they took severe damage. Y’all all be safe.

Pics of damage in Lake Charles starting to trickle in: trees down, roof of trailer torn off, pull-behind camper trailer overturned. Myself and most of south LC without power. Since I'm within earshot of a firehouse I can also report there's a power line/pole on fire too lol.

Tom Konvicka is guesstimating based on reports they've gotten at KALB so far that 1 of the tornadoes in this area could go as high as EF3

We had a tornado hit right by our house here southeast of Lake Charles. That was one of the scariest shits I've ever been through.
