The blue spot is Correlation Coefficient. When you see blue/black co-located with the Velocity couplet, that means it is almost certainly debris being lofted by a tornado.

And that’s why they close schools with this stuff. People like to bitch at the schools but now they have a bunch of schools letting out with a tornado on ground.

Next frame shows a cycle with a weakening of the couplet. Still, stay in shelter because it could tighten back up.

The rotation around the backside of that storm is just piling rain up.

Probably 2"+/hr rates.
