Not likely, but worse case could easily flip the smaller one in the video. The video appears to have been taken from a larger tug boat. Neither captain was going to FAFO.

Nope that's a lot of 1 inch thick steel. One got hit in St James a few years ago. Blew out the windows in the wheelhouse and that's about it.

Just has started with a light rain around an hour ago here. Temp stayed in the low 60's with a nice breeze.

It has rained to some degree all day for me. We're at almost 2". That should put us at close to 6.5" this month. That'll help knock down the drought.
