HICKMAN AND SOUTH CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI COUNTIES...
At 841 PM CST, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located near Clayton, or near Reelfoot Lake State Park, moving
northeast at 55 mph.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
is possible.
The tornado will be near...
Hickman around 855 PM CST.
Cayce around 905 PM CST.
Clinton around 910 PM CST.
Fulgham around 915 PM CST.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include

Interestingly, criteria for PDS tornado warnings are simply a tornado spotted, or a significant radar indicated tornado. We forget a PDS tornado warning is the second highest level, below Tornado Emergency. If you see “Tornado Emergency” that’s the pucker factor.
