So you wanna be close to the parade route but want to be able to leave easily? You looking for a secret spot?

Just park on Robert Rd and walk like everyone else does.

The Krewe of Poseidon is rolling Saturday night and it is a better parade, but I’ve always parked off of Front street for Slidellians. Last year the traffic wasn’t that bad.

I probably wouldn't recommend a balcony for those parades. You want to be up close and be able to catch the throws from the groups.

Park in the gavel lot by Times grill. Easy in. Easy out. The parade kinda blows though.
