I'm a little hesitant because it's just piecing together click bait and twitter reports from locals, but some local reporter with 10k followers says he's a protestor from SF most known for protesting a ban on nudity in the Castro
But then I saw someone else who linked to this

Which is pretty nuts. Interestingly started in 2007 but then suddenly a slew of postings beginning August 2022. If this is him he'll be painted as a conservative, although he's obviously mentally ill and it's more Q than Trump

Sounds like the police got there very quickly and it was Pelosi's hammer. The perp took it from him and got in a couple of blows before the police got him.
