Too radical for the poli-board sex redistribution proposal

If there is such a thing as wealth redistribution for the less fortunate, should there not be a sex redistribution for the unlucky in love. Generous charitable souls could be allowed to register, not as prostitutes, but licensed social workers, subject to health law. That way you get rid of illegal prostitution which supports human trafficking and you legitimize a need that has existed since the first man had a boner.

This corresponds with my belief that crime , anxiety, domestic abuse etc would be cut in half if we had proper state- sponsored hand job facilities.
