Completely crazy. This guy has been in two accidents. Almost hit pedestrians in the crosswalk. He's stopped in a parking lot and exchanged something with a man in a van. He's also stopping every time he sees someone on the sidewalk to talk? Someone got mad and just threw a rock at his car.

They've backed off. He was driving 90 running through red lights when they were close. So I think they're doing this so he drives slower?

I thought he was going to pit him right before it ended. I was so ready.
I think they'll probably just talk to him and tell him he was dumb and the guy could've been armed and all that. Thankful nobody was hurt. Idk if y'all watched earlier, but he seriously almost mowed down a family with a little kid walking across the street.

That's so ridiculous.
I understand they don't want people to help, but he probably ended up saving lives or more damage.
Yet they treated him far worse than the actual bad guy. My goodness..
He was clearly cooperative to all their commands. I can't believe they didn't just pat him down and question him.
