Toll evader to pay up; had $128K in tolls, fines. But only has to pay $11k and 5 yrs prob

So, essentially this guy finally gets caught and ends up saving (stealing) over $100,000 and in return gets 5 years probation. Seems like a good deal for him.

I'd imagine most of that is the late fees and fines. At $11,500 that's still over $5 each, which is probably more than the tolls.
