The group and Nance’s family confirmed the drummer’s death Wednesday, adding that Nance died in Athens, Georgia, following “sudden and unexpectedly severe complications of a chronic illness.”

I'll eat some ribs and drink some whiskey in remembrance. RIP.

Mikey and Todd.
I still remember reading the news that Mikey had passed away. Panic hasn't been the same since.

What's the real story? Drugs? Alcoholism?

Remember when Jazz Fest got the Rolling Stones but they had to cancel so they got Fleetwood Mac but they had to cancel so they got Widespread Panic.

Everything I've read said organ failure from substance abuse. Damn shame.
Glad I got to see them so many times over the last 20 years. RIP Todd.

Alcohol and Pills, It's a crying shame.
It's kinda like Isbell and the Truckers. When you are drinking too much to get kicked out of these bands you are drinking too much.
