Is it possible that is a different girl from the "insults" video? The first one was wearing a red #8 jersey, and the pepper sprayed girl was wearing a striped shirt.

I was talking to a young cop last night and he was telling me about his training and how he was tased and sprayed with pepper spray, not at the same time. He said he’d rather be tased than sprayed. He said it doesn’t just burn your eyes but he was having a difficult time breathing and it was hard to wash off.
If that officer in the clip has ever been sprayed then he’s just a Sadistic dickhead for doing that when it wasn’t justified. He should be sprayed so he can remember what it feels like.

There is absolutely no way anyone can know this from watching what is provided. Anybody claiming anything with certainty either way is a moron.

The same exact thing was said when Lacy was charged. He was a thug, along with everything else you can imagine. Turns out he had very little to nothing to do with causing the accident.
Moral of the story, dont rush to judgement without having all of the information.

I'd need to see what was going on before that. There is a difference between a riot and a protest, and cops are given a lot more leeway during a riot.
On a personal level, it is moderately satisfying to see shrieking women that probably want me thrown in a camp get some of that sweet, sweet excess government she craves so much.

The only reason deploying a TASER is generally further down the line of the force continuum than ASR is because TASERs can cause cardiac arrest. If you can guarantee no lingering effects, anyone who has the faintest idea what they are talking about would prefer to be tased repeatedly than take a single face full of ASR.
