Would the local parks and rec department be willing to manage Stonebridge for the HOA?

Maybe develop some sort of public/private partnership where the HOA owns the land but leases it to the parks dept for a very cheap fee who then runs the course.

If things go badly, the HOA still retains control over the fate of the land

I play DG and I'm certainly no hippie.

It's a great game and is cheap.

There's a public course in BR that added footgolf to their course which increased traffic and brought a younger crowd. It's a bunch of guys drinking beer, kicking soccer balls into buried 5gal buckets.
