Water, have 300 glow sticks to assemble for Halloween tonight. Kinda a pain, but the kiddo said it's really fun to show up at a house that doesn't have candy so he picked this and a box of other Halloween toys to hand out.

I saw them in BR in 78 or so, then at some all day deal at NOLA City Park stadium in early 80s, finally in NOVA early 2000s a few months before Dave passed.
