By the looks of your daughter she probably verbally assaulted them and they left to protect their personal self and property.
Tell her to chill out.
Did you have proper insurance coverage on your auto? I would be spending my time working with the adjuster to ensure the car is fixed properly / timely instead of seeking internent justice. The police will eventually get the guy.
You sound like you did not have proper coverage and will have to pay out of pocket for damages....so now you are scrambling to find the guy.

Um, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the OP was not the one who originally posted the Facebook rant, so it wasn't his daughter involved. He's just passing along a FB post from a mad mama.
