The fees themselves are not new. But when costs for every other input are skyrocketing business owners are looking at all expenses to figure out where they can help with margins. Maybe it's simply increasing menu prices. Maybe it's keeping menu prices but adding some other line item fee. Maybe its a combination of both. But all these OT baws calling restaurant owners lazy etc for trying to find ways to stay in business are short sighted idiots.
