Greenville just had its first murder of 2018.

I swear, if it weren't for mustard based BBQ sauce, Greenville might be the best place to live in the South.

Leave it to a Johnny Ray to get the crime statistics moving.

Greenville is great. If I had to leave CHS, I'd head there. Pretty cheap, nice downtown, great scenery around the area, lots of educated people (Furman University and IT/tech moving in).

Greenville is in the Tomato bbq sauce region.

Greenville is great.

Then I am going to move there. No joke. Currently looking at jobs in Greenville, Spartanburg and Clemson.

Shouldn't be hard to find.

I visited there earlier this year
Might be moving there permanently in about a year or so

I wouldn’t say Greenville is ‘under the radar’.

Can you elaborate on this?
One thing I liked about it was all of the fine arse women over there

Stick with Greenville, Spartanburg, Simpsonville. Clemson isn't all that. It's a complete and total college town and it's not conveniently located.

If OP wants a more rural setting, I'd recommend that he look into Seneca, SC.

I got down to Greenville frequently while living in Asheville. Always enjoyed it - would live there except I decided to move back to Texas.

About the national average.
Very important if you’re into balance quotas.

Seneca is gorgeous, but if he wants to be closer to GVL and wants rural, I'd go Traveler's Rest, Pickens, Easley. Right up in the beginning of the mountains.

I went to college in upstate in the 90’s (PC). It was starting to turn around that time. Nice to see Greenville doing well.
