People keep yelling about training. That's not it.

No one wants that job. They are very understaffed and they have to hire warm bodies. They have to hire people THAT SHOULD NEVER be a police officer because they have to fill the positions.

These guys were all very polite and very adequate. More than I would have been

You seem to not know what you are talking about.

Seems to be a person who would enthusiastically get a murder charge dismissed against a career criminal because he found out that a cop bagged some evidence with his left hand instead of his right, and that’s not allowed for reasons.

I love it when these fricking know it all say “I know my rights”

It was hilarious whenever he asked her what rights were actually being violated. She couldn’t even give a simple answer.

They cite Pennsylvania v Mimms.

I don't care what that is! At least she did not say, "We are not in Pennsylvania."

Surprised this was California, normally the police there would buy her a cold soda, wash her car, and tell her to be more careful next time.

JMO, I think they should put Penn v. Mims on all written driving tests. Would save a lot of time.

I dont understand the resisting arrest.

It sounds like the charge was dropped.

I do understand "taking her to be fingerprinted when refusing to hand over her license". But that isn't what they said that they were doing.

It sounds like both sides don't know the law.
