Did he drive from his house?

Trying to figure out why he would take Ambien unless he was home...

I took ambien for insomnia and stopped immediately when I found out that I drove to the casino downtown (BR), bet $400 on one hand of poker, drove home and woke up with my handgun in my hand.

So yes, it can cause you do to do shite you have no recollection of. I had to piece the pieces together after the fact from a friend that I apparently called at 3/4 am and met him at a poker tournament.

ETA: Not the first time I've posted this story on the OT and won't be the last. Ambien can be dangerous.

Sober and I can't say the ABC's backwards or the national anthem backwards. Seems like a ridiculous request to me.

He was wrecked and pulled over halfway on the shoulder. Both tires blown out and bent rims on drivers side.

He wasn't dressed like he'd been out partying.

It still scares the shite out of me because I remember none of this. I counted every bullet in the magazine and it matched (15). I take 1/2 of 1 Tylenol PM now (recommended 2 whole... frick that).

Did they really need an hour and 38 minutes to conclude he was fricked up?

Most people they would have cuffed within 10 minutes. If he wasn't so fricked up they would have probably let him slide. There's no way they could let him get away with that though.

When you have as many attorneys as TW, im sure Joe Deputy wanted to be thorough and to the letter of the law

Seems pretty extreme, but I am sure they are thinking about the case they have to present against the legal dream team he might bring.

The cop couldn't stop the process once he started walking the line?

Tiger was blitzed.

They aren't looking to make sure you can follow it.. When you are drunk and you follow the light to either side your eyes "wobble". This is what they look for.

Generally, if you're stone cold sober, take it. If you have even a small buzz, I wouldn't take it. A lawyer might can get you out of it if you don't blow. But if you blow and it's over, you're cooked.

I don't see why they released this to the public. They could've sat on it and released it at a later date if Tiger's PR and legal team tried to pull some shite. No need to publicly humiliate the man without a reason

Jupiter cops got some heat a few years back for letting a chief from another jurisdiction skate when he was fricked up so they are hyper-vigilant. They DGAF who you are. There are tons of elite level bigwigs that live in the area.

Speaking of lunesta, I was asked by one of the attorneys where I work about my experience about someone (I want to say it was related to a case of ours) where the individual was Rx'd that and during a similar episode (apparently the same issues were prevalent with lunesta) where the individual whom owned a half-cock antique revolver (reloaded like a double barrel shotgun) somehow shot themselves and want to know if it could possibly be related. Obviously I'm not a doctor but I told the attorney about my experience with ambien and that it was possible but I have no standing to make such a claim and only was basing of my experience.
