Well arrest he/she if they're dispersed, but simple receiving them shouldn't be a crime IF it wouldn't be illegal to have sex with that person.

Yep. It should be obvious to anyone, but if not, write it into the fricking law that you are allowed to have nude or sexually explicit pictures of anyone you could legally have sex with, provided the person in the pictures is the one who gave them to you.
