You've gotta learn to back up close enough to the car behind you so the vans can't read your plate. Has been working for me for years because I haven't paid a single one of the camera tickets.
It's probably more of the red light/speeding cameras making easy money. Who owns those anyway?

Nope and yes. My buddy lived on magazine and got booted twice within a couple of months
