I was trying to find that out, but there are only a few articles, none of which say whether or not they were.

I was just saying that because i don’t know if they’re actually stopping traffic
That said I’m fine with the cops doing that
Because I’m not protesting and I don’t believe in it

I’m not. You are.

I’m comparing a stay at home order to a curfew.

Hell. Cops are letting them off now. Ones stranded there were blowing up Twitter.

As am I.

The staunch liberty or death people on here should be 100% against any curfew. But they will hand over a bit of that liberty because they agree with it. Funny.

Looting and rioting are crimes and people should be arrested for it, so you should be saying that the rights of all people shouldn't be curtailed because of those people. You guys are off narrative a bit here.

And did you see us breaking into restaurants and hair salons? They were closed. Nothing we could do but protest at the steps of the government buildings. Some folks in Michigan did and were obliterated by the media for possibly spreading COVID. But now that’s not even a thought. Hmmm gotta love hypocrisy.

Pretty sure the people not rioting are having to stay home due to the rioting anyways.

So there are certain conditions where you will hand over your freedom to the govt? Just finding where that line is.

I don't think that's true at all during the day. Though many are likely adhering to the curfews at night.

This is rational, and I agree with it. Why can’t you post this without this comparison which is horrifically dishonest?

Rioters and opportunists should feel the full extent of the consequences for their crimes.

These are not nearly the majority of the protestors though. Have you not watched the last few days? It’s overwhelmingly peaceful protests. Celebrating those people being detained for breaking this newly imposed curfew is the same as bashing those Michigan protestors for breaking the stay at home orders.

You can still work from home
Although i does get old after a while IMO
How exactly do people that work in hospitality, entertainment, restaurants or salons work from home? Because I know a lot of people in those industries who either had to go on unemployment (that didn't cover the full lost income in all cases) or that owned businesses that weren't allowed to open and have been losing their asses off with no income for 2.5 months while still having fixed business expenses like rent, insurance, and utilities to pay.

When morning comes, start testing them one at a time for the virus. The first one testing positive causes the rest of the bridge to quarantine IN PLACE for 14 days.

Gotcha

I didn’t have any friends lose jobs during it.
Guess I just assumed we all had similar careers around here
