One in Houston just closed a few months back, The Boneyard. It had a fairly large back yard for dogs to play as well as a dog wash. They lost their lease so they shut down. I don't mind most dogs on the patio of most bars.

There are several dog bars in charlotte. It's awkward because everyone is on edge about their dogs acting up so it's hard to enjoy. They all get the herd mentality and run around in a big group while their owners tell them to "behave", "get down", "stop doing that". It's just weird.
