Why are y'all still bothering to argue with this dude? He's either trolling or too far gone in his "ideals" to budge.

What's that saying about arguing with an idiot?

Other parts of the trial show clearly the knee was on the neck

There is a literal video showing his knee on his neck.

Where he says that he ruled it a homicide and the cause of death was “neck compression”?

“Cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression.

Contributing factors: Arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease, fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use.”

There’s the full cause of death. You can see it in the first minute of your link. Please stop parroting “neck compressions” like it was the cause.

As I stated 10 pages back. He died of a heart attack due to many factors.

“I believe I used the term neck compression, but yes that is on the top line of cause of death”

I just listed out the cause of death for you. “Neck compression” is a portion of the top line, but the actual cause of death is that fancy phrase you clearly don’t know the meaning of:

“Cardiopulmonary Arrest”

Cardiopulmonary arrest just means his heart stopped and he stopped breathing. Look at the rest of the sentence that explains why this happened.

Yeah and the rest of the diagnosis reveals the factors that caused his heart to stop when he was subdued.

Disease, fentanyl and meth.

The literary world is a lesser place with a dead Floyd alas may we come to grips with society.
How about showing some inflection of compassion of the kids that are gunned down in the hood by gangsters and not police? Oh wait!

I see people are saying he wasn't at all at fault which I do not agree with.

First, when someone uses counterfeit money is that how they usually handle it? Call the police and the person using it gets arrested? Because you don't know where the person got it from. They could have no clue its counterfeit.

Anyway, that has been a few years ago so I forgot some of the details, but I do remember watching the video and I thought about something I don't think I ever saw mentioned. He kneels on his neck for 9 mins.. But I think what contributed to that part are the people who started to gather around. Didn't they engage with Chauvin at one point? I think that slowed things up or he was trying to make a statement to the crowd.

If no one would have been around I don't think things would have gone down the way they did.

As for as people saying it was Fentanyl, I remember reading some fact checks and details that said he didn't have enough in his system to kill him. Not sure if that is true, but I mean he did kneel on his neck for 9 mins.

Of course Floyd didn't help himself when police engaged with him, but I think Chauvin holds some responsibility for his death. But then again I am basing this on the videos I saw and shite I read in which I have no idea what is and isn't true. Either way, my opinion, like everyone else's, isn't worth anything so what's the point of this thread?

People insinuating he deserved to die bc he wasn’t a great person is insane. I’m sure by someone’s standard you are not a great person, that doesn’t mean your rights should be trampled and life taken away like what happened to Floyd. Also they didn’t run a background check so the cops had no idea about any of that so it’s completely irrelevant.

I am still surprised Chauvin plead guilty to the federal charges and his allocation admitted he had his knee on Floyd when we was unconscious.
and this really is a key thing, even if Floyd was overdosing(which he showed no signs of) to keep your weight on someone who is unconscious is an abhorrent act by any metric.
