Virtue signal all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that your idol took a lethal dose of fentanyl, FAFO indeed.

I was really trying to start a discussion about how much intent matters and should be applied in law. But we can’t get past basic facts like Chauvin’s knee directly leading to Floyd’s death.

Yea, and this is just a case of two assholes meeting up at the wrong time - one with a badge and one with counterfeit currency and too many drugs in his system.

Just watch it instead of arguing, he says the cause of death was neck compression
He literally says “part of” the cause of death was neck compression.
He then goes on to say it didn’t look like his knee was on his neck, but his back and/or side. He then further says that there was no evidence that it restricted the carotid artery, and even if it had “normal people” would still have blood flow due to the 2nd artery.
The best part though. That’s when he admits that there were no physical signs of strangulation or asphyxiation typically seen when someone is forcibly deprived of oxygen. 36 minute mark, just for your reference.
So basically he ruled “neck compressions” as a cause with no evidence that Floyd’s neck was ever compressed.
Thanks for the link.

According to YOUR link, the ME stated there was no physical evidence that Floyd’s neck was ever compressed.

True enough, but one arse hole’s actions directly led to the death of another in this instance.

I you're statement above would have read like below, I would agree with you.

frick you and frick George Floyd
He never said that. You are a serial liar like Floyd was a serial criminal.
He said neck compression was one of the items on the top line of causes of death. ALONG WITH DRUGS, ENLARGED HEART, CORONARY BLOCKAGES, etc.
He didn’t say it was the only cause of death
And if keep listening he states that his knee was not compressing the carotid artery and even if it was we have 2 carotid arteries so it would cause him to lose consciousness

Keep going. A little further along he states that there were no physical signs that the neck was compressed at all.

Was neck compression on the top line of his cause of death?

Did the ME admit that there were no signs of neck compression?

Yes, but we saw his neck being compressed in the video. Just because there isn’t a post mortem sign of injury doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

If there was no port mortem evidence, it clearly wasn’t enough to “cause death” as you keep ignorantly parroting. Also, the ME admitted that he didn’t think he was on his neck. Weird, right?
Almost like something else was the cause of death. Heart attack, maybe?

Your version of that shirt says "prison warden/shot caller".
Posted on 2/18/22 at 1:27 pm to RB10
