Do you think real estate prices in areas that aren't in St. George will fall? Or will the ideal areas in incorporated BR sky rocket with St. George real estate rising as well and the cesspool in BR just becoming a more extreme version? Mix of both?

In the market to move but believe this decision is going to impact real estate next 5 years in a big way.

If it passes, there will be a bump in values.

If the ISD passes, they will skyrocket.

The traditional neighborhoods that are doing well in BR will continue.. A long way off before the school issue could be settled and working but that’s the kick off point for big increase in st George if it happens
