anyways 3 kids with only 3 BR is gonna be tight. Unless it's a 2250+sqft 3BR.

My 3 daughters share a room and the boy coming in June is taking over the playroom for his room. The plan is to keep the 3 girls together until they move out

I shared a room with my brothers for the better part of my childhood...when I went to college and the Navy, it was easy...you could always tell the guys on the boat who had never had to deal with close living quarters
my boys have shared rooms but don't have to now.... and they still crash in the same room sometimes just cause they want to...its not a big deal...do it

Nah. Lived at home so I could pay my own way through college and bought a house at 23. I did alright. Sharing a room with my brother had no traumatic effects on me. We had always done it though and didn't know any better. The room was pretty much just for sleeping and neither one of us was ever in there.

I love his story about when he found out his wife was pregnant with like their fifth child. He said he got all of the children together and said "Now look, your momma is pregnant, and this doesn't mean that we love y'all any less, we'll always love y'all. But, one of you has to go"

my two girls have bunk beds and share a room. They are 3 and 5. They love it.
If I had to guess, sharing a room will be great for your kids until they are near 12 or so. At some point we realize we will need to separate the girls and have a room planned for that day.

What would the age difference be? My two daughters are two and a half years apart. They shared a room at first but as the eldest daughter got older, she didn't want to share a room anymore. The bigger the age difference, the sooner the older of the two will want their own room.

My sister and I are 10 years apart and I had to share a room with her once she was like 3-4 years old. As a teenager it wasn't always the best situation...but it wasn't the end of the world either.

I have two older kids(boy and girl, 4 years apart) that shared a room voluntarily when they were younger. My two younger ones(also boy and girl, 2 years apart) share a room because it's easier on mom.

I shared a room with my older brother until my sophomore year of high school. If you start them sharing a room at a young age it won't be a big deal for them growing up. I kept my twin bed all the way through graduation. It really isn't a big deal at all.

I know a guy with three girls, one boy and a three bedroom house. The boy has his own room, the three girls share a room.
Odd.
Odd.

How old are your kids? Boys or girls?
Wouldn't recommend forcing a teenager to share a room with a toddler, but if they're only 3-4 years apart then it shouldn't be a problem as long as its 2 boys or 2 girls sharing the room.
