So the other morning this spider ran across my bare feet as I was getting out of the bed.

I didn't Panic, cuz I am in no way afraid of spiders simply scooped her up in a dustpan and threw it way out in the back yard.

My wife said that it was probably pregnant and she's glad I didn't kill it and create a million little spiders running around our bedroom.

Fast foward to taday, I just took a break from pressure washing my patio and low and behold guess who comes right up to me?!

Y'all think she's pregnant?

Wolf spider.. He'll leave a nice bite on you if provoked, but not dangerous really. He'll eat up a healthy amount of bugs.

I pick and choose my kills. They're all pests around my house, I just prefer some over the others. Spiders usually just hang out and have never crawled in my food/on me.

My backyard is a legit swamp and there is every kind of wildlife you can think of.
I sit out here and watch the bats the frogs the spiders, whatever you can Think of.
everything keeps every other thing in check......

It's pretty much its own little self sustained ecosystem back here.

It's a thing of beauty IMO. Like yourself, I like to watch it all go down. Sure, there are some I need to remove if they put my kid at risk, but usually, they self police and mind their own business.

Looks like you hadn’t gotten around to pressure washing your siding yet.

Spiders are very underrated.
I never bother any spider I encounter.
Except black widows.

Yeah, they are targeted for very little reason. Without spiders and snakes, our homes would be infested with disease carrying true pests.
