A shocking number of N.O. residents will swear they’ve never been victimized by crime but have had most of those things happen to them - with the exception of the swordplay - and say it’s the price you pay for living in a vibrant city. As if it’s not crime or something…

I lived there for 5.5 years without a single issue. 3 years ago an idiot visitor parked on the street and left his window down. His wallet was on the seat and stayed just like that all day. Nobody touched it. Don't act like something hasn't changed.

Esplanade is a long Ave that most of it runs through the worst parts of NOLA....a half million dollar house doesnt mean shite

I sold it for what it was worth. I have no idea what the buyer was aware of. I never met the buyer. It was purchased via a power of attorney.
