I hope you don't eat any meat. I think most people have said that while this individual's behaviour is dickish, population control of feral animals is a positive thing in general.

And some people acting like shooting a feral cat with a pellet gun is tantamount to the Holocaust are overreacting a bit.

I caught a black feral cat in a trap I’m my back yard a few months ago.

I took the cat to the SPCA and they brought the cat straight to the incinerator

Go look up when we domesticated dogs
Go look up how long humans have been on the earth

He managed to hit a cat from a moving car with a pellet gun? I don't like the activity but that seems like a hell of a shot.
