Oh my fricking god, could you imagine the shame, humiliation and embarrassment and absolute despair they must feel going through that and especially if anyone found out.........

And I say that moment can't come soon enough for those fat fricks. They need that moment where they feel the full brunt of shite creek and jagged arse rock bottom.

I'm a fat advocate. People should be eating a lot more of it and stop being fat.

You can deny the science all you want. Most people lose weight on a diet yoyo back up.

FIFY. People have been brainwashed for decades and have no freaking idea what they're eating much less what is good for them. The science is woefully underdeveloped, but what we do know is most people eat like crap even when they think they're being healthy, and it's making everyone far and unhealthy.

Then I guess for all recorded history all the way up until the 1990s, humans have been kicking science's arse. Look at a yearbook photo from the 1930s, 40s, 50s, 60s or 70s. Look how everyone is lean and trim. They did pretty good at "denying science".

It takes more than a "diet". It's a lifestyle change. You can't just lose the weight and say oh I'm good let me stop exercising and eat whatever I want. It's hard. Which is why these fat fricks want everyone to accept them. If you want to be a fattie, be a fattie. Don't tell me it's wrong to be in shape.

I had to use a horse treadmill once to do a stress test on a 500 pound lard butt
You'd think it would have been embarrassing but no

My father's parents were both big people, and he has a very bad back that makes it virtually impossible for him to exercise. If anybody has two strikes against him in the weight department, it's him. After he was diagnosed as borderline diabetic a couple of years ago, he lost 60 lbs in the space of a few months, and has kept almost all of it off. He didn't do anything drastic, he didn't change his food choices, he just ate less and the weight came off. Yes, it is harder for some people than others, but it is not as hard as the fat activists would like us to believe.
