Beat an eggwhite with some water and vanilla.
Stir in the Pecans.
Stir in some Cinnamon and Splenda.
Bake for a bit.
Delicious.

I bet Mike eats a dish that is a favorite among South Carolinians. They are known for a few dishes that are not very tiger friendly. Shrimp-Grits, BBQ, Crabs...

They actually taste and work a lot better with regular sugar because it actually caramelizes. Splenda works for me though. My Mom usually makes them around Christmas.
