And I've been with Cox for over 20 years. And I went a month recently without ANY cable because they couldn't figure out the problem. Sent out 6 techs. And they still haven't credited me anything for that outage.

Well when you do call I found out a way to bypass all the automated menu crap that can take like 10 minutes to finally get a real person on the line..

Yeah you need to call them asap and ask them about that. If they have been double charging...they should give you a credit to your account for all the months you were double charged.

Actually, I'm wrong. Each is listed twice. The top is the base price, then they total each at the bottom, with add ons, if applicable.
