I can cook a mean sauce picante and also fried catfish/etouffee.

i've never liked fried food placed on top of or under my etouffee....i'd rather have a good link of boudin on the side to accompany my etouffee. and some good corn mach shoe too.

Yall gotta try the Francis boudin balls and meatpies. shite is gettin real popular since the new restaurant opened up next to their specialty meat store.

I had box bumbo and heated up a can of peas with garlic powder and skeet of light italian dressing in it.
